Equality is equality, but benefits for women is NOT equality.

Equality is equality.  We need to desegregate nursing teaching and child care as much or more than we need to desegregate STEM.

We can’t address the assumption that the woman will care for children if we don’t address the notion that men are worse at it.

We can’t reasonably talk about how few women are in the Senate without talking about the accountability gap that results in even fewer women on death row.

Equality is equality.  And equality means addressing the issues and stereotypes for both men and women at the same time.  A conversation by women about women and women women and only women can not possibly hope to address equality, only women.
